Full payment is due at time of purchase. To cancel an order, please contact our support team at 1-813-485-4684. If the order has not been processed nor shipped we will cancel the order immediately and offer a full refund.
About You Mobility, LLC stands by the quality of all equipment it sells. All items are inspected prior to being shipped. Should you be dissatisfied with your purchase, we ask that you please contact our support team at the number listed above to obtain a required Return Merchandise Authorization email that must be included with your shipment. Please note that returns will ONLY apply to Unopened and Unused items with proper proof of purchase within the past two (2) weeks. A 15% restocking fee may be applied. Eligible items must be shipped back in their original packaging and include all materials contained in the original packaging (tags unremoved). Shipping and packaging costs for return items are the sole responsibility of the customer. Refund to original form of payment, in the full amount of original product purchase (excluding original shipping costs), are typically issued within 1 week of item receipt and inspection at our warehouse. Your financial institution’s processing time may vary.
